The Border Union Show held another successful event in Kelso last weekend.
It is always one of the highlights of the year for the local farming and agriculture community.
Hundreds of Borders residents turned out to visit the 175 trade stands and take part in more than 500 open competitions for horses, livestock and the arts.
It’s fantastic to see such a well-attended and thriving event happening here in the Borders each year.
I had the pleasure of speaking to many wonderful local exhibitors who made it an entertaining and enjoyable day, including the Borders College, Borders Fire Service, NFUS, Kelso Tennis Club and Guide Dogs for the Blind.
Well done to the Border Union Show for organising another first class event for children, families and people of all ages.
